911 Business Plan For 2011

By the time that most of you read this, many will be loosing jobs or closing down their businesses.  2010 business for local retailers, in my opinion, need a 180 degree face-lift.  Most merchants are in cardiac-arrest with no ideas on how to resuscitate their business for the New Year. Here is a plan below that you may want to consider before pressing the business "panic button." First ask yourself  two, most important questions below:

1. Do you have a plan for gaining customers in 2011?
2. How about a plan for holding on to your present customers?

I am a local business owner who has the same concerns. Presently, I have devised a plan to gain customers plus add to my current customer data base. How do I do this...?  By partnering with local business owners that share the same needs and financial concerns.  As a makeup artist, I offer similar specialized services in the beauty industry such as, (special event/professional makeup/ teen skincare tutorials) I offer such events called "Spa Parties/Day" to my clients to sample my services and to have a look and feel at the products I use.  Recently, I did an event and connected the day to a  "special cause"...needless to say, Our fundraiser was a real success! We raised money, gained visibility and new clients for the salon that partnered with me.  There are so many reasons and ways to plan an event day for your clients.   Right now, I am scheduling events in January for local merchants that want and need a "jump start" to their current business.
A "client appreciation day" maybe just what you need to "rejuvenate" your business.  Put your "Best Face Forward" now for  2011.
Let me know how I can help plan a special event that will benefit the wealth of your business.
